The purpose of this letter is to introduce myself as a professional in the field of Sport, Exercise, & Performance Psychology and to provide information on my scholastic background, certifications, and professional experience so you may feel confident using my sport psychology training services as a resource.

A sampling of my individual and group workshops can be found on the following page, along with a biographical piece.

There is undoubtedly a growing importance for today's athlete to have access to mental skills training services.  Peer-reviewed literature shows that undergoing physical conditioning along with a psychological skills training program is more beneficial to athletes than just a physical conditioning program alone.  Through my programs and workshops, athletes and teams become well-versed in all domains of mental performance, learning how to focus during important situations, increase motivation levels, enhance self-confidence, relax in response to performance anxiety, facilitate injury rehabilitation, and set personal athletic goals.  I look forward to working with you!
