The Tenafly Rifle and Pistol Club was incorporated in 1916. Our Mission is to encourage organized rifle, pistol and air gun shooting among citizens of the United States of America resident in our community, with a view towards a better knowledge on the part of such citizens of the safe handling and proper use and care of recreational firearms, as well as improved marksmanship.  The club facility consists of a meeting room with full service kitchen and restrooms.  A locker room with lockers available to members for a nominal fee.  An old fashioned gallery with moving targets.  .22 Cal. CB loads only. The range consists of 13 shooting ports with a target distance of twenty-five yards. There are target holders for members wanting to shoot at closer distances. Firearms are restricted to: Centerfire handguns with standard loads. No magnum loads are permitted. .22 cal. rimfire handguns and .22 cal. rimfire rifles.                                         Pistol caliber carbines are also permitted.
